Crystal Palace Football Club was founded in 1905 and is based in Selhurst, south London, where it plays at Selhurst Park. Long a yo-yo club between the top two divisions, Palace won their first major trophy in the 2024–25 FA Cup, beating Manchester City 1–0, then added the 2025 FA Community Shield and their first European title in the 2025–26 UEFA Conference League.
