AFC Bournemouth are an English professional football club based in Bournemouth, Dorset, founded in 1899 as Boscombe and playing at Dean Court. Under manager Eddie Howe the club rose through three promotions in six years to reach the top flight for the first time in their history in 2015, and their sixth-place finish in 2025–26 secured a first-ever European qualification.
