Nottingham Forest Football Club is an English professional football club founded in 1865 and based at the City Ground in West Bridgford. Under manager Brian Clough the club won the First Division title in 1977–78 and then achieved its most famous feat: back-to-back European Cups in 1979 and 1980. Forest remain the only club to have won the European Cup more times than their own domestic league.
